I was just resting in my room, During that time I received a call from a Scammer. Scammer let me know about this secret, haha!

You may be thinking about how he helped me to know about the Secret about Google Duo?

Well, I am not a user of Google Duo. It was preinstalled in my Device. I am having Asus zenfone max pro m2 device. Which I am using for 1 year. I Bought it when it was launched.

The scammer called me telling me that you have won the 25 lakhs from KBC, LOL!

Do You know what had surprised me at that point of time? I was thinking of how he is calling me in My Duo Apps? Which was even deactivated from the device.

During the Call with the Scammer, I asked him my Phone number in which he has called. It was more shocking to me when he Spelled me a Different number. The Phone number which he had told me was not on my phone also.

You may be thinking How that had happened? Same situation was with me when I got to know about it.

Then I got to my table in my room.

Switched On My Apple Macbook, LOL! I am just joking. I don’t have MacBook yet.

I opened Google.com which is biggest search on earth.

I searched the Term “ Receiving Duo Calls without Duo Apps”, Then I can to know about it by this Article.

In this article, I came to know that you can receive Duo calls on any device which don’t have google Duo Apps. ( Some Device May not Face this Due to Outdated System )

Then I was thinking How can I receive called without apps also? Another big question was How Duo calls can come on the phone which doesn’t have the same Sim in it.

Then I researched and Got to know that you can receive every duo calls you to put on your Google Account even if you don't have Duo apps. The Number in which I was receiving Duo calls was of my Sister whose Google Account, I had login a few days ago for some work.

Then I tried calling on my other number without Google Duo, and I received a Call on my device.

So, I tried putting it off. So I don't receive any of my sister duo calls. So I found something on Google guide.

You can stop receiving it by following some steps which google itself told.

So How I Solved this Issue?

I just have removed the Google account. The problem was solved for me after doing that.
